Dhaka Metro Rail to Resume Operations from August 17

The Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL) has announced that the metro rail service, which was earlier closed, will resume operations on August 17. However, Kazipara and Mirpur-10 stations will remain closed due to vandalism. Meanwhile, inter-city trains are set to start from August 15, with freight trains operating in the first phase, followed by local and commuter trains.
