Sarwar Alam Promoted to Deputy Secretary After Being Demoted for Speaking Up

Once demoted for standing against injustice, Sarwar Alam, a 27th BCS administration cadre officer, has now been promoted to deputy secretary. After being denied three times, Alam shared his achievement on Facebook, attributing it to Allah's will. This milestone comes after Alam served for over 12 years, including seven as a senior assistant secretary, before being brought under prosecution by the Ministry of Public Administration in 2021 for speaking up against wrongdoings.
