67 Bodies Found Buried in Mass Graves at Rayerbazar Cemetery Amid Student Movement

Between July 18 and July 29, 2024, 67 bodies have been found buried in mass graves at the Rayerbazar Cemetery. Reports indicate these bodies were transported from several hospitals, including Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College Hospital, Dhaka Medical College Hospital, and Medford Hospital, with some from Badda, Rampura, and Mirpur hospitals. Many of the deceased were connected to the ongoing student movement. Visitors can easily locate the mass graves section at the cemetery by asking for directions on-site.
