The anti-discrimination student movement's 'March to Dhaka' has been rescheduled from August 6 to tomorrow, August 5. Asif Mahmud, one of the coordinators, announced the change via a WhatsApp group for journalists. Asif stated, 'In an urgent decision, we have moved the 'March to Dhaka' from August 6 to tomorrow, August 5. We urge all students and citizens across the country to start their journey towards Dhaka tomorrow.' He added, 'Today, nearly fifty students and citizens were killed by the murderous Hasina. The time has come to give a final response. Especially from nearby districts, everyone should come to Dhaka, and those who can, should start their journey today.' Asif Mahmud further emphasized, 'The time has come for the final fight, to leave the final mark on this student-citizen uprising. Come to Dhaka and be a part of history. Arrive in Dhaka by tomorrow in any way you can. The student-citizens will herald the rise of a new Bangladesh.'
